Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with real estate valuation team
• Preparing quarterly GAAP financial statements
• Maintaining funds’ proprietary waterfall distribution models
• Coordinating borrowing and repayment activity on the funds’ credit facilities, monitor debt levels, prepare credit facility management reports, and ensure compliance with debt covenants

Compensation: $135,000 – $150,000 + 20-30% Bonus

4) Global Controller
Firm: Leader in Commodities and Infrastructure Investing – Stamford, CT
• Position reports directly into CFO and will have interaction with the CEO (must have polish/pedigree)
• Oversee a team of 12 that spans 3 teams including FP&A & Data Analysis, External Reporting and Corporate Accounting
• Position requires IFRS & GAAP experience as they have offices and assets overseas.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for team that produces year end statutory financial statements by legal entity
-Advise on a variety of technical accounting matters related to US GAAP, IFRS, and local requirements and in addition advise the business on accounting aspects of new transactions and ensure that they are accounted for in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, and/or local requirements.
– Oversee the completion of Monthly, Quarterly and Financial Year End accruals and for accurate Financials Statements along with overseeing day to day accounting activity.
– Manage the set up/modifications of legal entity structure and ensure that various legal entities are capitalized appropriately.
– Oversee the Financial Planning, Analysis, & Data Management team including the financial information system (SAP)
– Manage the annual budget and forecast processes
– Mange management reporting and BOD presentations

Total Compensation: $400,000 – $500,000
