INVENTORY MANAGER

Adina’s Jewels is a fast fashion jewelry company rapidly dominating the jewelry industry. Fully established in 2016, the Brooklyn based company has grown a massive social following with strong brand recognition worldwide. With the receipt of new products daily, you will need to open, analyze, control & place inventory accordingly to ensure that our inventory is managed to perfection. We are looking to hire a professional inventory manager with experience to monitor multiple employees and our IMS which shares all our e-comm inventory, retail inventory, wholesale inventory & dropship inventory all in one.
List of Tasks
• Manage e-comm, retail, wholesale & dropship inventory
• Oversee Daily inventory additions, deductions, transfers & re-stocks
• Supervise monthly inventory reconciliations and adjust the numbers accordingly with our IMS
• Receive & thoroughly inspect quantities, quality & sample match all the inventory from overseas and national vendors
• Enter inventory into our IMS accordingly to the proper channel, based on notes by relevant parties
• Schedule and track inbound purchase orders and communicate ETA to relevant parties
• Manage SKU naming, UPC/GS1/GXS barcoding, product locations & product imagery & info
• Oversee the uploading of products onto our e-comm platform
• Responsible for making sure there is a flow in and out of stykles to ensure enough available bin locations
• Analyze sales and inventory across locations and recommend/plan how to move inventory around accordingly.
• Oversee Cut to Order items to ensure goods are arriving & being shipped on time
• Coordinate with Sales team & Customer Service representatives regarding product/inventory knowledge

• 3+ years of experience in Inventory Control
• Influence and work effectively with external parties
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment •
• Self-motivated team member who can manage employees, drive resolution and problem-solve quickly & independently
