Job Responsibilities:
• Train and oversee all residence staff
• Respond to crisis situations and medical emergencies
• Write monthly note summaries for each individual in the program at the conclusion of each month
• Develop residence facility rules and procedures and ensure compliance by all staff
• Ensure residence facility is kept clean, neat, healthy and safe
• Work with appropriate clinical or program staff and community agency staff to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities

What You’ll Do
Strategy
• Partner with Program Management and Engineering on Publisher and Data Science teams to develop new search product implementations and optimize search results logic
• Develop methods for increasing product engagement through online data science services and publisher demand
• Research and analyze the industry and follow competitor activity to offensively drive change via roadmap management
• Advocate for a service-first approach to build products and to solve problems
• Facilitate feedback loops with Partners to ensure real-time feedback is part of the product development process
• Planning & Development
• Work closely with Program Management to create and maintain a product roadmap and backlog according to business value or ROI
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
