Traveling Administrative Assistant
Reports To: COO

Main responsibilities:
Position will support the COO with day-to-day administrative duties, reviewing documents, making site visits, follow through on projects. The role is based out of Ridgefield Park NJ, however the person must be willing to be travelling an average of 3 days a week.
• Prepare and manage travel schedules, including flights, transportation and agendas
• Travel to worksites across the country to meet with staff, interview people, review the operation and take detailed notes.
• Problem solving as needed to gather information required to move forward with projects.
• Prepare and manage reports – organization, preparation, reporting and submitting reports
