Responsibilities:
• Review federal and state tax S corporation, Individual, Foundation, Trust and Estate tax returns.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax projections and review related estimated tax vouchers.
• Prepare annual S corporation stock gifts to next generation shareholders.

• Stay abreast of changes in the tax law as well as changes in the business and shareholders to provide tax planning ideas. Communicate these tax planning ideas to the CFO and if applicable to the shareholders in a timely manner.

• Partner with the family office staff to ensure that the books and records contain all items necessary to support tax filings.
