Job Introduction:
Client is hiring a Director of Home & Community Based Services Programs (HCBS). This position will be responsible for the oversight and management of assigned programs and will directly report the Sr. Vice President.

The Director of HCBS Programs will be responsible for strategic planning and tactical execution for organizational excellence by collaborating, organizing, resourcing, monitoring, performance managing and engaging a talented leadership team to facilitate the delivery of customer focused, efficient, and continuously improving our solutions and services to our government clients.

Job Requirements:
• Oversee operations of multiple Government programs focused on special needs populations, including individuals in receipt of behavior health services and intellectual and developmental disability services
• Ensure these Government programs meet contractual requirements and meet client expectations
• Evaluate the need for training to ensure that staff maintains current knowledge across multiple programs
• Manage overall operations and performance of assigned contracts, including quality and compliance while preparing and analyzing regular performance standards
• Interpret policies, procedures, and goals of the company and programs
• Participate in the development and monitoring of the operational budget related to assigned contracts
• Maintain primary responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving compliance issues, and accountability for profit & loss with assigned contracts and lines of business
• Act as the primary point of contact for officials, on the program, and other outside contacts

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health, social services, or a related field a big plus
• 5 years’ experience community settings involving health and/or human services or a related field
• Ability to successfully execute complex tasks and initiatives simultaneously
• Proven ability to achieve complex business objectives
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Ability to effectively use and apply established, new, and emerging technology
• Excellent management skills to maintain positive relations internal client, operations leadership, and executives
• Self-starter, who can work and perform comfortably in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing multiple initiatives

Position Overview:
The Sales Support Specialist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for supporting sales operations, lead generation, and marketing activities. • Email Marketing: Run and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with potential and existing clients.
• Documentation: Develop and document scripts, processes, and procedures to standardize sales operations and improve efficiency.
• Onboarding: Handle and help document the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Internal Sales Reports: Generate and analyze internal sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
